Care & Handling of Roses

Your roses will need hydration promptly in order to maximize their natural beauty and vase life. Please follow the instructions below and enjoy!

  • Add fresh, room temperature water to your vase. Be sure to add the floral preservative that came with your shipment. Follow the proper measuring instructions on the preservative packet.

  • Remove any foliage that will be underwater. This will prevent bacteria growth.

  • When handling roses, do not allow water to drip on the heads.

  • Trim at least one inch off the bottom of each stem at a 45 degree angle.

  • Add fresh water daily. Replace the water every 2 to 3 days, and re-trim the stems for optimal water flow to the heads of the roses.

  • Keep your roses in a cool place, away from heat sources.
